Mike Hollander
Biography
Mike Hollander is a managing director at GTCR. He also serves as a director of Allspring Global Investments, CAPTRUST, and Ultimus Fund Solutions.
Prior to his current role, Mike was a director of past successful investments in Aligned Asset Managers/The Townsend Group, Callcredit Information Group, Optimal Blue, and Premium Credit Limited. He has played an instrumental role in GTCR’s investments in Ironshore and PrivateBancorp. Before joining GTCR, Mike held roles with Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, and Fremont Partners. He started his career in the mergers and acquisitions group at Salomon Smith Barney. Outside of work, Mike serves on the board of directors of the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and is a commissioner of the Smithsonian Institution's National Portrait Gallery.
Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in economics with an emphasis in accounting and finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
