Biography

Steve Jones is a portfolio specialist for the Systematic Edge Fixed Income and Custom SMA team at Allspring Global Investments. He joined Allspring from Principal Asset Management, where he served as a senior director and client portfolio manager. Before that, Steve was a senior vice president and product strategist at PIMCO. He began his investment industry career in 1997. Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of California, Riverside, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Irvine. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation.
