What should I do if I don't see Allspring as an option in the Financial Institution list in Quicken?
In Quicken, click on the Finance menu and select One-Step Update. These steps will automatically update the financial institution.
How often is my account information updated, and when is it as of?
Account information is updated once each business day prior to market open.
Why does the transaction information on my statement not match the data downloaded into Quicken?
Quicken information is provided by a third party; therefore, we do not have control of how data is displayed. If there are discrepancies between your statements and the data in Quicken, you can manually correct it. If you need to access your statements, please log in to your account.
What type of security is implemented to protect my account information?
We have implemented several measures to provide security for your account information. When you download account information into Quicken, it is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology.
