Market closures and reduced trading hours

The 2025 holiday trading schedule anticipated for Allspring Global Investments is below. Allspring generally follows the holiday schedules of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) for the stock market, the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) for the bond market, and the Federal Reserve for dividend distributions.

A reminder will be sent before each holiday, including any changes that may occur.

Thursday, January 9, 2025, is a National Day of Mourning for former U.S. President James Earl Carter, Jr., and the U.S. equity trading markets will be closed. As a result, Allspring Global Investments is handling this unscheduled market closure similar to a scheduled market closure for the Allspring Funds. For specific changes in operations for Thursday, January 9, 2025, please review the Service Alert.

Because Allspring follows a modified trading schedule on Columbus Day / Indigenous People’s Day and Veterans Day, dividend distributions follow a modified declaration schedule as outlined in the following dividend calendar.
